World Wide Iozza Ltd. was formed on January 1st, 2001, through the merger of two respected Canadian companies that had each spent decades building their own legacy in the window treatment industry.
World Wide Importing Ltd. was founded in 1975 by Roberto D’Arolfi as a wholesale supplier of sheer and drapery fabrics. Over the following two decades, the company expanded into manufacturing window coverings and top-of-bed products, earning a strong reputation in the hospitality and contract market.
Iozza Industries Ltd., established in 1979, built its name as a manufacturer and distributor of window covering systems, parts, and components. In 1997, Iozza Industries fully amalgamated Elegant Sun Control Systems Ltd., a specialist in roller shade manufacturing, further strengthening its capabilities.
When these two companies came together, the result was a single operation with unmatched depth, decades of combined knowledge, a broad product range, and a shared commitment to quality that continues to drive everything we do today.
